Using the underlying principles of Coactive Coaching, we will shape & create strategies to close the gap between what is & what you want & explore a place where ANYTHING is possible! (Shhh… A little pre-workshop secret, IT IS)!

Even if you are shaking your head & thinking, “No, it’s not” we will teach you how to toss that confidence-zapping voice aside & take the steps toward fulfillment.

The Workshop Leaders & Open Circle Founders:

Deborah Connolly is a thought leader in the human development field and an experiential workshop facilitator, life, relationship, and leadership coach.  She has over 16 years of experience and has inspired hundreds of people to achieve their personal and professional goals.  As a professional coach she is known for her bold, unconventional approach to leadership and for guiding individuals to far exceed their personal and professional goals.  Deborah's personal coaching practice, Soul Success Leadership Coaching (soulsuccesscoaching.com) , partners with individuals, couples, and entrepreneurs committed to nourishing new levels of potential. 

Deborah holds a Masters of Fine Arts from The University of Iowa Writers Workshop, Professional Coactive Coach credentials from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is a member of International Coach Federation.  She is a senior trainer and co-founder of The Open Circle.  She currently lives in New York, where she enjoys biking early in the morning and spends her free time going on adventures with her husband, and their 3 young children.

Meredith Levin, partner and co-founder of The Open Circle, LLC is a professionally trained Coactive Coach. Meredith’s coaching focuses on unlocking clients inner “It Factor” enabling them to achieve their wildest dreams and reach their ultimate potential. Meredith’s personal practice, Alchemy Coaching, helps individuals & small businesses undergo elaborate transformations.

Meredith is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and member of the ICF. Meredith served as a Coach at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business while receiving her MBA in Marketing. She is also currently a Brand Manager at Diageo and lives in the Upper East Side with her long term boyfriend.
